WTFDesignsCo T.O.SBy commissioning me you hereby agree to all terms stated below. I have the right to decline or cancel any project for any reason at any time. These are subject to change at any time.I currently accept Paypal - Venmo - Cashapp - ko-fi, all charges are in invoices in USD. If there's another option needed we can discuss that.-OTHER OPTION-

Payment must be received in FULL before commission is started.

All prices are base prices, the amount could up to complexity of the commissions.
-Prices will vary depending on the complexity, size, and amount of time taken to create. After I receive all the proper information. (Ref-sheet, description, etc) A final quote will be given.
Please supply a full-body, colored, accurate reference of the character(s) you would like to receive a commission of (or other accurate art pieces that you have as well.) at least a 2-view would be preferred-Please make sure when you send me a description or a ref sheet, that everything in and on them is correct. They need to be clear and correct to ensure your commission, will be what you want it to beSmall things can be adjusted to your ref if it is not updated (I.E. “The hair is now X instead of Y.”)NO MAJOR CHANGES TO REF unless prior discussion.If you do not have an accurate ref sheet or clear and exact art at this time, I cannot/will not accept your commission, unless the commission is a character design.You will have hours to make any final adjustments before the file is deleted. There is no return of this.I can make 3 free changes to a piece during the sketch phase for you to approve, Any more changes will be subjected to a price increase.Once approved I will color and shade, this does not include proofs, you will receive a finished piece.
Any changes after inking/lining is applied are a “major” change and an editing fee between 10-30 dollars will be charged before these adjustments will be made.If you decide to back out of a commission before any work has been done, you will receive a 95% refund.If you decide to back out of a commission during the sketch phase, you will receive a 40% refund. After inking/lining has been applied, or upon completion I cannot offer any refunds. This is non-negotiable.Average turnaround time is 1-4 weeks, however this is subject to change at any time depending on :

Outside life and health reasonsI am a part time artist, I do this in my free time between hospital visits and doctors appts. If for any reason I do not feel capable of finishing your commission I have the right to refund and decline your commission for the time being.

You (the client) are free to post your completed piece at your own discretion with Proper credit (@WTFdesignsco on Twitter)I reserve the right to post all art unless requested otherwise. All you have to do is ask!DO NOT remove any signature or watermark.If attempting to commission with stolen or traced work, Your commission will be partially refunded and blocked from any future services.You may NOT use any of my works for commercial profit unless a commissioned piece was specifically made for such and discussed prior.-Commissions
are done one at a time, GOES STRICTLY in the order of the queue according to the To-Do List.-(YCH works are on a SEPARATE list and are done upon redemption of all slots)-I reserve the right to use any image I create for sale and presentation and in print.-Clients can download and use the work in any way, but not in commercial use.

-Absolutely! I enjoy designing creatures and characters. All of my character designs are on premade bases, I have bought from other artists. As long as you can give me the details of exactly what you want, I will be able to pick out the perfect base.
Can I post a commission/gift/trade, I got from you to my gallery?
If it was made for you and you credit/link back, of course!
